About Us

Brassica Mustard began as a labor of love in 1995, when we started making mustard from the highest quality Alberta-grown seeds and local honey, as Christmas gifts for family and friends. Word of its deliciousness spread, and in 2001 we began selling jars to condiment connoisseurs in Calgary and beyond.

At Brassica, we start with a proprietary heirloom process, combining specially selected yellow and brown Alberta seeds with other locally sourced ingredients to create distinctive prepared mustards that add bright flavor and delightful, caviar-like pop to sandwiches, sauces, meats, and more.
