Classic Meatballs With Brassica Horseradish Mustard

What You Will Need

  •  2 Lbs. Ground Pork
  • ½ Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tbsp. Pureed Roasted Garlic
  • 4 Tbsp. Brassica Horseradish Mustard
  • 1 Tsp. Dried Chile Flakes
  • Salt and Pepper

1. Combine all the ingredients in a stainless bowl and mix by hand until the pork is well bound.

2. Pull enough pork from the mix to make a golf ball sized round and roll it between your palms. Place on a plate and reserve as you complete the rest of the mixture.

3. In a heavy skillet heat 3 Tbsp. of canola oil over medium heat until hot. Sparsely place the meatballs on the skillet and brown on all sides. Remove and reserve.

4. Place the meatballs in a 375 F oven for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Or place the meatball in your favorite tomato sauce and simmer for 20 minutes.

5. Serve piping hot. Enjoy.
